We hate legal mumbo jumbo, and we’re not trying to hide anything from you, so we’ll keep this as simple as we can!!
This is a legal agreement between our business (The Breakup Doctor, Inc hereafter known as “we”) and you (the purchaser of this product).
When you place an order for this product, you’re agreeing to all of these terms and conditions.
- You have a lifetime, exclusive, non-transferable license to this program.
- You won’t copy, share or resell this program.
- This program is not to be considered legal or professional advice.
- This program contains advanced psychological techniques. You are entirely responsible for any and all actions arising from the use of these techniques.
- You waive any claim whatsoever against, and hold harmless The Breakup Doctor, Inc and it’s officers, staff, advisors, representatives, and designees.
- Neither The Breakup Doctor nor any of it’s officers, staff, advisors, representatives, and designees shall be liable in any way whatsoever for damages – indirect or direct – that arise from you using the techniques in this product.
- You have 60 days from the date of your purchase to request a refund for the full purchase price, provided that you have applied all the methods that we have shared in the program and actually used the material in your life on a consistent basis. We do not give refunds to people who have suddenly changed their mind, failed to use the product as intended, or are simply requesting a refund due to some unexpected financial urgency that arose in their life and they now want their money back in order to pay for something else. This is not a part of our refund policy. And refund requests on these illegitimate basis will be denied.
- We do not offer any refunds on any personalized services that involves Kevin’s time, or any of our other coach’s time. Coaching sessions with our team are non-refundable. However, they can be rescheduled for a later date that is more suitable or convenient.
- We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- All other conditions of your purchase may be found on the remainder of the checkout page. We do not hide any conditions, or use any “fine print” to obscure any details of your purchase.
- Your personal information is protected, and will not be stored or shared with third parties.
- Payments are processed using 256 Bit encryption, and transactions are guaranteed up to $10,000 through our security partner.
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
This refund policy only covers instances where you have taken action and implemented a program that has left you unsatisfied.
To obtain a refund in these cases, you must contact me personally and specify how the program you’ve purchased has failed to meet your dating/relationship goals.
We cannot give refunds for issues such as lost passwords, purchasing the wrong program, or being unable to download your program. If you experience any technical difficulties or have trouble accessing your account, email me and I will work to resolve your problems right away.

How you will be billed
- Monthly Programs/Subscriptions (e.g. Advanced Dating Inner Circle): You will be billed on the day you sign up, and then at the end of every 30 day period thereafter. For example, if you subscribe to my Advanced ‘Next-Level Love’ program on March 1, you will be billed on February 1 and then March 31, April 30, May 29, etc.
- Free Trial Followed By Monthly Subscription: You will enjoy a pre-determined free trial (usually 14 days) and then you will be billed for the program’s full amount every 30 days (e.g. for the free trial of my Advanced Next-Level Love Program, you will have free access for 14 days and then you will be billed $99 every 30 days)
- 3-Payment Option (For Coaching Only): For my advanced coaching programs, you will have the option to make 3 payments instead of one lump sum. If you select this option, you will be billed every 30 days for a total of 3 payments.
- All Other Programs & Products: You will be billed as soon as your order is processed.

All refund requests must be made to The Breakup Doctor’s customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org no more than 60 days after the initial purchase date.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days after the request is made.
You are aware and agree that you are limited to one product refund or exchange only.
You understand and agree that, AFTER THE 60-DAY REFUND PERIOD, ALL FEES AND CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR PARTIALLY USED PERIODS.
However, you may avoid incurring additional fees by cancelling your membership in accordance with this Agreement.

Once the cancellation has been processed you will receive a cancellation confirmation, which displays the exact date of my cancellation. If you do not receive a confirmation, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org, as that is your only valid receipt of cancellation.
Even if you cancel the program, all core system materials, as well as any subscription materials paid for, are yours to keep.
Late or missing refunds
If you contacted us at email@example.com and haven’t received a refund yet, please note that it typically takes 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed by your credit card company.
Unfortunately, while we would love to speed up this process, it is in the hands of your credit card company and your bank.
In extremely rare and unusual cases, your credit card company may state that it can take “until the next billing cycle” to appear on your statement. See your card company’s policies for more details.
If it’s been at least 5 days, please contact your credit card and/or bank (whichever is applicable) to confirm that the refund is still processing, even if it has not appeared on your account.

No Refund Policy On Personalized Services
If you purchase any personalized services from us, or sign up for any form of personalized coaching and do not use the appointment that you have reserved at your scheduled time, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.
We will, however, allow you to reschedule your appointment for a later time at no additional cost.
This extension will only be granted once per customer, and only in the case of an emergency.
If you choose NOT to reschedule your appointment, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.
